A bound compilation of typewritten, mimeographed, and printed materials in the legal dispute concerning the will of Elizabeth Hale Jaques, whose sister, Lucy Hale Chandler, was a co-executor of the will with William H. Jaques. The case involved charges of an earlier improper relationship between William H. Jaques and Mary Adéle Genever, a nurse who attended Elizabeth Jaques during her last illness, and to whom William Jaques was married in August 1897.
